EBL (Expensive Brand Logo) – Refunds & Returns Policy (UK)

1. Overview

At EBL (Expensive Brand Logo), we want every customer to feel confident and satisfied with their purchase.
If you are not fully happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your item.
This policy applies to all orders placed through our official online store.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included
  • Items must not show any signs of wear, damage, or odour

EBL reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance / final sale items (if applicable)
  • Items returned in an unsellable condition

4. How to Start a Return

To begin a return request, contact us:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for your return

We will respond with return instructions and the correct return address.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect
  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service
  • EBL is not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels

6. Refunds

After your returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified whether the refund is approved or rejected
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is faulty.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or product, please:

  1. Return your original item for a refund
  2. Place a new order for the item you want

8. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide your order number and photos of the issue

We will resolve the problem promptly and cover return costs where necessary.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not arrived:

  • Contact your bank or payment provider
