1. UK Shipping
We are pleased to offer FREE standard delivery on all UK orders.
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Delivery (Royal Mail / Courier): 2–5 business days
- Tracking may be available depending on the courier
- Delivery times may vary during busy periods, holidays, or due to courier delays
2. Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays
- Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before dispatch
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched
3. Shipping Address Requirements
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
EBL is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.

5. Missed Deliveries & Returned Parcels
Your parcel may be returned to us due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Missed delivery attempts
- Failure to collect from a pickup point
If this happens, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
Additional shipping fees may apply.
6. Return Shipping Costs
If you choose to return an item, the customer is responsible for the return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
